Coaching For Excellence

This service aims toward preparing employees and candidates for excellence awards categories (best employee category, best team category or best entities/criteria teams).

While we use to prepare people for technical competencies, “Coaching For Excellence” provides support in a more holistic way. We work on both technical and mental levels as follow:

1. Technical preparation:

Review achievements
Define the best process to present the mentioned achievements
Link achievements with the entity /government strategy
Define key success factors for each participation

2. Mental preparation: 2 sessions:

Define mental blockages and main area for improvement, these areas might be related to lack of self-confidence, feeling annoyed in front of a jury or a team of assessors, stress, lack of motivation, non-alignment, unhealthy competition, anxiety, inability to see the big picture, shame …
Agree on the tools to use, these tools are specific for each individual /team and includes coaching, NLP, digging and reprogramming, visualizing, breathing, tapping techniques, and much more.
Work together to eliminate repetitive negative patterns and define future positive actions

The sessions are face to face or online.
This service package includes a total of 4 sessions
(2 technical and 2 mental)

(Face to face sessions to be held within 1 week)
